Illuminating Inner Wisdom through Art, Workshops & Words

Hi, I’m Lori

I believe creativity is more than something we do. It’s one of the ways we hear ourselves.

Sometimes our inner wisdom arrives before we have words for it—in a color, an image, a symbol, a feeling, or simply the pull to make something.

I created Crystabella Studio to explore that mysterious space where creativity, intuition, and self-discovery meet.

Through my art, workshops, and writing, I share what I’m discovering and create opportunities for others to listen inward, trust what they hear, and explore what wants to emerge.

Three Ways to Connect…

  • Painting of fish in Yin Yang position painted by Lori Poff Kellogg. Titled "Spring Blessing" depicting a woman wiping fog from glass and holding a paintbrush, representing clarity and empowerment through art

    ART

Original intuitive artwork inspired by inner wisdom, story, symbolism, and the mystery of what emerges on the canvas.

  • Expressive paintig of young girls face with words around it painted by Lori Poff Kellogg

    WORKSHOPS

Creative experiences that invite you to slow down, listen inward, and explore what wants to emerge—no art experience required

  • Intuitive art “Little Lori” by Lori Poff Kellogg featuring a tree rooted around a mandala Earth with a bird soaring upward, symbolizing connection, freedom, and creative awakening

    WORDS

Stories and reflections on creativity, intuition, self-trust, and what it means to keep becoming.

Meet Lori

I’m Lori Poff Kellogg—an intuitive artist, writer, and creative wellness facilitator with a lifelong curiosity about what helps us grow, heal, and become more fully ourselves.

My own path to creativity wasn’t a straight one. I came to painting later in life and discovered that the canvas could show me things I didn’t yet have words for. What began as a personal practice became a way of listening to myself, trusting my intuition, and imagining new possibilities.

Today, I create art, write about what I’m learning, and design creative experiences that invite others to explore their own inner wisdom.

I’m still learning, still becoming—and usually doing both with a little paint on my shirt.

“As Lori shares her healing through her art, she has touched me with her vulnerability and sincerity. She is a listener and a very compassionate creator. Lori is one of the most authentic people I know.”
