We can be SO hard on ourselves,
SO critical and harsh.
We can expect perfection, even when we are just learning something.
And we spend more time steeping in the energy of “I am not enough” than the energy of “GO ME!”
It does seem kinda silly when you just read it that way, right?!

Imagine all the ways your life would shift into playful, loving, inspiring NEW territory if you could develop a pattern of cheering yourself on rather than beating yourself up?
The ONLY reason you don’t love yourself in every moment completely is because someone ELSE in your life, most likely early on, did not mirror this for you and / or did not express her/his love to you unconditionally – or in a way that FELT unconditional. Gee, maybe because she/he never received that kind of love!
Let’s stop that pattern NOW, shall we?
💥💥YOU CAN BE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE FOR YOURSELF & MODEL IT FOR OTHERS SO THAT IT IS EASIER FOR THEM TO DO IT FOR THEMSELVES 💥💥
So HOW do we stop beating ourselves up and start being self-compassionate instead?
It’s called Integration
Integration is the process of combining parts into a whole.
…the messy YOU,
…the open-minded, gullible, idealistic YOU,
…the logical, linear YOU,
…the child YOU
…the holding everything together for everyone else YOU
…the painting like a Wild Woman YOU
…The YOU who survived the worst day of your life
…The YOU who enjoyed the most fantastic day of your life
All of these are YOU! And you can choose to love HER unconditionally and compassionately NOW! You can choose to see her, to believe her, to forgive her, and to become her cheerleader instead of her critic!
Talk to Yourself Like You Were Talking to Someone You Love
