Abbey of the Arts Guest Post

I’m thrilled to share my first guest post featuring my artwork!

Last year, in May 2023, I was taking a painting and meditation course called Super Soul Flow. It was part of my certification as a Certified Creatively Fit Coach program with Whitney Freya.

The course was transformational and my artwork reflected it. I tried to capture what I received in my meditation on my canvases.

And I had also done a self-paced retreat on the archetypes with Christine Valters Paintner just before taking Super Soul Flow. I felt a synchronicity between the two courses as I received the same archetypes in SSF as in the archetypes retreat!

I was so excited that I sent an email to Christine just to share with her my joy. The response was an invitation to submit to their blog as a guest post.
